Foxfire Farm uses sustainable, organic and permaculture practices to produce mostly HEIRLOOM and OPEN POLLINATED VEGETABLES, GRAINS & MEDICINAL HERBS.

We also have FREE-RANGE EGGS and a small herd of DAIRY GOATS.

The established “you pick” SWEET CORN season will be joined in 2009 to include a CSA, Jersey DAIRY COWS & HOMESTEADING CLASSES.

Foxfire Farm is a 77 acre eco/organic homestead that is dedicated to using sustainable and permaculture practices. We have an established 20 to 30 acre “you pick” sweet corn operation and expanding to a 50 member CSA this year. We are offering a wide range of organic, non-GMO vegetables and will be featuring heirlooms and open-pollinated favorites. Also available are eggs produced from hens that free range on the farm and goat milk from our small herd. We also grow and wildcraft medicinal herbs and offer products made from these herbs and plants. Our CSA members will also have certain privileges on the farm such as the catch and release fishing pond and first to harvest from the earliest sweet corn.

We also will be offering homesteading classes and apprenticeship positions.
