Kansas City Food Circle Member Grower
We are a family-owned farm located on 80 acres about 50 miles south of Kansas City. We recently completed our new creamery where we milk our JERSEY COWS and ALPINE GOATS, make CHEESE, and age them in our underground cheese “cave.” Our animals are pasture based and fed a minimal amount of organic grains. Our raw, natural rind cheese are available from our farm store and The Better Cheddar. We also raise GRASS-FINISHED BEEF and free-range EGGS.
