All-natural BEEF FROM PASTURED CATTLE.
Our Angus and Hereford cross cattle are pasture-raised on our 300-acre Butler, MO farm until almost 2 years of age. Their diet consists of grass and clover forages with a limited amount of grain-based, highly digestible feed supplement added to their diets at weaning and finishing. They are fed only natural feed supplements and minerals-no animal products, chemicals, hormone implants, steroids, or antibiotics. Our cattle are hand-raised with no stress.
The local processor in Clinton, MO will dry age the beef 21 days for superb tenderness and flavor, then cut and wrap each quarter or side to your order. No irradiation or chemicals are used in packaging.
We strive for high-quality, lean, healthy beef. Supply is limited, so call to reserve yours.
Exceptions to Producers Pledge
We use conventional fertilizer on the hayfields. No herbicides except in fencerows.
