KC FOOD CIRCLE - BULK FEEDSTOCK PRODUCER SURVEY

Local food communities are completely driven by demand. Processing and logistical services can be expensive links in the distribution chain, and the more information we have about GMO-free feedstock availability *and* demand the better we'll be able to cooperate for mutual benefit.
Please let us know your current plans and capacity for expanding feedstock production. Many local milling operations are just waiting for more of this info before they will commit to providing segregated processing and handling facilities. KC Food Circle's own 3-year plan, "GMO-Free in 2017" (working to get GMOs out of our livestock feed supply), may succeed or fail, depending upon how many short-haul feedstock solutions are made available to our local livestock producers.
As always with KC Food Circle (member grower or not) none of your contact or farming info will be shared without your permission. Any new feedstock information provided will be confirmed by phone and/or email - please be sure to provide adequate contact information with your entries.
