Our livestock is Animal Welfare Approved and Certified Naturally Grown, humanely raised, specialty grass fed with pride in Kansas. All meats are USDA inspected and e. coli tested. Beef harvested at 800-900 Ibs. & dry-aged 14 days for maximum tenderness.
