Half-Acre Organics
Half-Acre Organics grows HERBS, FRUITS, and VEGETABLES using sustainable agricultural methods, raised beds, and organic practices including composting. Herb collection: Several varieties of basil, thyme, sage, lavender, and oregano; also rosemary, cilantro, garlic, horseradish, and walking onions. Fruit collection: Blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and fruit trees (nectarine, pear, apple, cherry, and peach). Vegetable collection: Several varieties of tomatoes, tomatillos, sweet peppers, and hot peppers; also summer and winter squash, cucumbers, onions (red, white, yellow), potatoes, sweet potatoes, and peas. Other stuff: Mums, edible flowers, and several varieties of Hosta.
SALES: Currently our products are available for sale at our location in Chilhowee . Other locations to be determined. Check our website! Products are offered in a variety of forms: fresh, dried, and some plants. Special Order Jams/Jellies: Your individually chosen combination of herbs and fruits.
