Our co-op is made up of family farmers throughout western and central Missouri that are committed to raising animals the old-fashioned way, with plenty of sunlight, clean water and pure pastures. We believe such an environment is not only best for the animal but also for the farmer and the consumer. We know that when animals are healthy so are the products that are produced from them. We understand the importance of having our animals graze on fields that are chemical-free. We know the risks and dangers of artificial growth hormones and antibiotics and therefore the animals we raise for our customers never receive them. We do not see our our animals as machines that can be engineered to produce faster and greater quantities, but rather as one of God’s gifts to man for healthy and enjoyable eating.
As family farmers we are committed to agricultural practices that promote quality not quantity. So whether you are ordering our 100% grass-fed and finished beef, our pastured poultry or pork, you can have confidence knowing that your family is enjoying and benefiting from healthy meat that was raised the old-fashioned way.
Our animals are processed under MO & USDA inspection and are available in beef 1/4′s, 1/2′s & wholes, 1/2 and whole hogs and free-range chickens in quantities of 6 or more.
