Nutritional Issues in our Industrial Food System - January 25, 10 am

Carolyn is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian who works at the Cerner Corp. Health Clinic. She also serves as the volunteer Wellness Coordinator for the Kansas City Food Circle. She will discuss nutritional deficiencies in commodity based, processed food and how you can protect yourself with locally grown and organic alternatives.
