Wood Mood Garden is a small, locally owned, family operated, certified organic farm. WoodMood Garden was first started by owner Curtis J. Wood in 1988. In 1994 Wood Mood Garden became officially certified organic and has remained ever since. Alex Wood, Curtis's son, joined and became co-owner of Wood Mood Garden in 2009. We have been selling fruit and vegetables at Brookside Farmers' Market since Brookside opened in 2003. We also grow pastured-raised beef, chickens, and eggs!

Wood Mood Garden also been selling to restaurants around Kansas City, Missouri for many years. Some of these restaurants include: Blue Bird Bistro, Farmhouse, Howard's Organic Fare and Vegetable Patch, The Classic Cup, Room 39, The Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange, Remedy, Novel, Room 39 Mission, Door to Door Organics, and Westside Local. We also sell to Nature's Pantry and Natural Grocers. If you would like to purchase any of our produce or learn more about our farm and what we do please feel free to stop by anytime Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at our farm.
