At Smoky Hills Farm we lovingly handcraft all natural soaps, salves, balms, butters, and other body care creations, along with candles and green housecleaning products. Most products begin with ingredients grown, raised or wildcrafted on our farm. The rest are sustainably sourced, locally where possible.
Like most farms in the KCFC, while not certified, we use organic practices. We've evolved over the years from gardening and canning, raising animals, selling at market, including breads and jams to growing herbs and making herb-based products. The growing, development and creation of products from items found on our farm, such as vegetables, fruit, honey, beeswax and animal fats, brings so much satisfaction and feels like we've closed a loop to sustainability where very little ever goes to waste.
